Should changes be made to the Ring of Magicka?

Ring is intended to balance out the advantage of the player that goes first, but it's powerful enough to where it's significantly advantageous to go second.

Ring is less of a factor mid-late game, but it affects aggro decks significantly. Aggro decks stomp hard with ring, and lose hard if the other side has ring. This worsens match quality for both sides.

My suggestion would be to reduce the number of uses from 3 to 2 (or 1).

Do the developers have data on average winrate of a player with Ring? Have the developers discussed the pros and cons of Ring internally? /u/CVH
