Dead game isn't as dead as you might think....

I've been playing a lot of Eternal recently, and someone in the Eternal community brought this to my attention while I was talking about the death of TESL. This doesn't reflect mobile users, but I'm aware that a good deal of players in both Eternal and TESL favor playing on mobile. But comparing player numbers (at least what the public has open access to), TESL is still has higher average player numbers than 2 of its main competitors - both of which are still actively receiving updates and new content. This also doesn't take into account the amount of players that put the game down when "Maintenance Mode" was announced.

Basically what I'm getting at is, I hope someone at Microsoft/Bethesda is paying attention to the amount of passionate players left around, almost 1 year after development has ceased, and I hope they realize how many players would come back if content resumed development - yes, the game will never take a large market share from the likes of Hearthstone or LoR - but if games like Eternal and Mythgard can comfortably make money in the space, then whats Legends excuse?
