Elder Scrolls: Legends Is Clockwork Dragon Playable?

I'm considering running 1 or 2 copies of it in my mid warrior or mid sorc. It's probably unnecessary in decks with yellow and green where there are plenty of decent drain creatures but maybe it could work in classes with few or no drain options. It's fun to cast a spotlight on a once-popular card but not sure if it's still viable in the current meta.
