Duneripper Questionable Interaction (Bug?)

Hi,

So I discovered something odd about Duneripper's interaction and wanted to test it again, so I asked my friend, Lion.Elm, to help me. Here's a video. It shows Duneripper's ability (deal 2 damage) not working on the other lane, but it triggers its ability twice on the same lane. Could this be a bug? This interaction happens when you use Crusader's Assault and Skooma Underboss. Skooma triggers pilfer ability when you slay a creature.

I also apologize for the choppy video. My laptop doesn't really have the best specs, but my purpose is to just show you this interaction so that a discussion could happen to understand this and a resolution could be arrived. Also, so you won't make the same mistake, hehe. I will most likely report this to Bethesda....

This is also my contribution for the next card discussion thread, which is Duneripper. Had to post it early cu'z I think this should be fixed, if possible. Thank you also to my friend Lion.Elm for helping me make this video. :)

Featured in the 500g Ancano's Cunning precon deck.

Strategy:

It's not unreasonable to say that Ancano is the single best card in the game. Every single deck that runs blue will want him. His effect and summon damage are useful in aggro and he removes a creature plus creates a threat in mid and control, as well as acting as a finisher in all decks.
Aggro lists don't typically run 8-drops, but Ancano is an exception. He also pairs well with {{Lightning Bolt}} if you need to both remove a Drain or Guard and mash face.
An interesting use for Ancano is combos. Because he deals an unconditional 5 damage, you can use him with the {{Ulfric's Uprising}} and {{Nix Ox}} loop to deal repeat damage. This can be fashioned into an OTK with the help of {{Ayrenn}} and {{Ayrenn Dominion Queen}} in Dominion colors.
- Half of this combo is displayed in Naryu's Ulfric's Uprising puzzle. To complete the whole thing, you need Ancano, either Ayrenn, and a combination of Nix Ox, {{Hlaalu Oathman}}, and {{Aldmeri Spellwright}} that adds up to 7 magicka on the board (6 if you have the 2-color Ayrenn), as well as only copies of Ulfric's Uprising in your discard pile.

Trivia: Ancano was a member of the Thalmor who infiltrated the College of Winterhold and tried to use the Eye of Magnus to gain "the power to unmake the world" (his words). Despite that, he's a very easy boss fight, since three good smacks to the face with a big metal stick do him in.

Amulet of Mara Predictions?

What is everyone's prediction on what the Amulet of Mara (from the Priest of Mara's effect) will do? I'm assuming it'll be something with regenerate, but I'm thinking there's more to it than just that...

I'd like to ask what determines how many places you rank up or down? There are cases when you win a game, but you don't rank up. Does that mean you lacked enough points to reach a higher rank or your other competitors were able to outplace you or both?

If you reach number 1, could you play a lot of games (given that you have a good win/loss ratio) and out number the games of number 2 so that you could maintain the #1 position?
