Hello there anyone else experienced a bug with Finish Off where it would just tell you "this card can't be used now"?

    climbing the ladder with hlaalu

Folks asked about some different decks. This one has gotten me to legend the past couple of months including this season. It's a low curve deck with lots of movement cards, prophecies, silence, and good card draw. I haven't encountered much aggro hlaalu recently but it's still very competitive against most decks. A few pointers below. Enjoy if you want to try it.

While most of the deck is typical for an aggro hlaalu, I want to give a shout out to Sharpshooter Scout and Dark Mane. Sharpshooter Scout is awesome for ping effects on warded creatures, cleaning up the guard that remains after traitor is killed, removing tree minders, killing 1 health dwemers, and for that last point of damage to win the game. Hold her back even without the ring until you need her. Dark Mane can surprise since it gets +2 attack (and drain, useful against other aggro decks) each time it moves during a turn.

There are a few sticky 4-drops as well (Garnag, Reive, Black Dragon, Ashlander Punisher) - key for longer match ups and staying out of Ice Storm range. But careful not to commit too much at one time against control players or decks likely to run cradlecrush giant.

I've included Brumas at times, they can help incrementally against other aggro decks. Don't have them in at the moment. Jackals got dropped as well since they don't have prophecy - could substitute them instead of Graystone Ravager if you want. No FLT since it's not really designed to build up tokens. Divine Fervor was dropped since there is tons of support removal in the meta & it pushes the curve a bit higher.

Push damage when you can. Swift strike can be a finisher especially if you buff a creature with weapons or movement effects beforehand.

You can make dagoth or empire versions using the same shell. I like hlaalu because of the card draw and access to silence.
