I'm gonna make a full premium Dwemer deck Posted: 21 Dec 2019 06:58 AM PST I'm not playing a lot anymore, but I still log-in every day and play a couple of match per week (I play the gauntlet though). I have full collections and I decide to craft all the Dwemer in premium versions, since they are my favourite tribe and they are also strong (I made 3° position in a Gauntlet thanks to a Dwemer Mage) so I need 21.000 gems, and I have 0 right now. It's gonna be a nice time! [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Dec 2019 06:04 AM PST Hello! I absolutely love TESL, but have the worst anxiety about playing after the announcement. Do any of you know what we can reasonably expect in terms of the game actually being taken offline? Is there any reason to continue purchasing from the store? I play daily and I love making my own decks, so I spend a lot of time in the game and would like to play without feeling like "today" could be the last day. [link] [comments]

Wanna be a Top 10 Lucky Gauntlet Player? Here's How (with Empire) Posted: 21 Dec 2019 07:09 AM PST I call this deck Swarm of the Empire (or Swarmer for short). It's based off of my old token monk deck and can help you get to Legend on ladder and a high placement in Gauntlet. I went 9-1, 9-1, 6-3 (currently sitting at #2). Without further ado: SPANczrzlaqnqcajsIwGejdygipTuxANfxdraalsmeqkdhholZeQbYnMhnAMiKgpeDfDcxrLnBsmhUkkwdkV Objective: Maintain relentless pressure on your opponent and finish them in the late game with cards like Golden Saint, Wild Beastcaller, A Land Divided and/or Nest of Vipers. I suspect that my performance in the gauntlet would have been even more dominant if the 5/3 lane split were actually in effect as the deck was specifically designed to take control of field with purple and high value yellow summoning spells. This would force your opponent into shadow and with the tight lane restrictions, they would eventually return to field to take unfavorable trades over and over again. In any case, the deck works fine with a 4/4 split. Weakness: Very few, especially for the Lucky Gauntlet format. Perhaps slightly unfavored against decks that use Attuned/Adept Dremoras. Card draw can be a little lacking at times but rarely problematic. I lost to diverse decks, including MattOblivium's aggro Dominion deck (went 1-1 in a pair of epic games...thanks for that), robo mage, Daedras, burn assassin and CVH's Mage deck that pulled a Spider Daedra to which I had no counter. Speaking of whom, what's up with all the unsolicited taunts? I expect this from a newb but it's pretty unbecoming of a community manager. How to play: If you are the first to play a creature, open in field to see if they'll follow. If not, follow them into shadow. This deck is almost as good at control as it is at aggro (sort of feels like old school Hlallu in that regard). If you're playing control, try to maintain a health lead for Golden Saint and break a rune for Eastmarch Crusader. Deck construction and card choice: What you call lack of consistency I call bespoke craftmanship. The 2 and 1 ofs are meant to prevent unfavorable mulligans (i.e. 2 or more Pit Lions/Eastmarch Crusaders with no way of summoning/triggering them) and should be paired together as they occupy the same niche (2 Lions+1 Vulture, 2 Eastmarch+1 Gambler, 2 Trolls+1 Black Dragon, etc). Penitus Oculatus Agent/Ahnassi: A must for this gauntlet to remove unfavorable keywords. Ahnassi is a hard counter to Daedra decks...a true MVP. Mundus Stone: Not strong enough for general competitive play but very good here and can make for stunning comebacks. The probability of one keyword increases the probability of a second more favorable keyword. Wabbajack: Love this card. Meant to be used solely for removal. However, if you're already winning, you can turn an Imperial Grunt/Makeshift Defense into Odahviing. A Land Divided: This card is no slouch and is also pretty amazing in Singleton Decks that use Mushroom Tower. When played in field, it offers 12 damage (16 with a single Divine Fervor). If played in shadow, there's enough guards to lock down the lane for a turn or two. Nest of Vipers: Another underrated card. Offensively better than Tazkad with a single Divine Fervor. Can be used defensively as a lane clear. Comes with 3 keywords when played in Shadow. And that's it. Enjoy and kick butt. -Mecinar [link] [comments]
