I thought these were only given to the top 100 or 200 players or something. Was it a bug or were the rewards this time really generous?

Monthly promos cannot be pulled in packs so they're safe to craft. But for beginners who are overwhelmed by the amount of options, I made a guide.

Murkwater Scourge	Goblins. Wound decks. Mid to control decks.
Headless Zombie	Mid and control
Blackwood Distiller	Control
Sower of Revenge	Aggro and Mid
Prankster Mage	Midgro and Mid
Sentinel Reclaimer	Aggro, Midgro, Mid (?)
Ashland Punisher	Aggro, Midgro, Mid
Dushnihk Yal Archer	some decks use 1-2 of it for utility
